Flipping the board momentarily inverts the art, and that gives me a new perspective, which makes it easier to spot mistakes. Secondly, I often find myself needing to sketch in some more background or details once I start inking. Doing it on the back saves paper and time.

I paint over it with watercolor ink wash and then I scan it in and color it in Photoshop. More vids to come 🙂
